First time customer

I was impressed by the timely delivery of my dinner. However, the garlic chx was flat tasting and the crab rangoon was overfried and not as generous as I've had at other establishments.

I think I will still try one more time, but definately something different.. any suggestions? :)

First time ordering delivery, so I got my usual: pot stickers, crab rangoon, and moo shu pork. The pot stickers were excellent, melt in your mouth, and I could taste fresh ginger in the sauce. Crab rangoon, nice and oniony flavored, came with packets of duck sauce (not the cheaper and more horrid sweet-sour) and hot mustard. The moo shu pork came with REAL pancakes and excellent dark hoisin. All together, a great meal. And I'm picky, having worked in a great szechuan restaurant in Minneapolis... this was better than Ping's!!

I am a regular customer at New China Express and I have also tried other Chinese take out places around Waukesha. I have come to the conclusion that New China Express has the tastiest food, fastest delivery, and best customer service in the Waukesha area.
